Shipping

All orders, not including custom orders, are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Saturday 8am - 5pm
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. 

Please be advised custom orders are 7-10 business days for processing.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund or exchange after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. This will only be done in certain cases, as our policy is non-refundable.
